Maca shortbread, allspice cream, rum chai

This soul-warming dessert will cause sensory overload and do wonders for the libido. Maca makes men ambitiously virile, rum sends inhibitions out the door, and chai tea will keep thangs on and out and all about.

shortbread

Use classic shortbread cookie recipe, substitute 1/3 of flour with maca root powder, add almond extract, and top with crushed roasted almonds and toasted cardamon. Bake for a few minutes less than recipe.

whipped cream

Whip heavy cream then fold in just a touch of maple syrup and allspice to taste.

chai rum

Brew chai tea on the strong side. Combine 3 parts chai tea, 1 part BLACK rum, 1/2 part heavy cream, 1/3 part sugar. Adjust to your own taste... but these proportions make for a creamy, super boozy, and just sweet combination that is stellar with the cookies and cream.
